Coco Homestay BenThanh is a homestay in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, with air-conditioned rooms, private bathrooms and city views in two of its three room types. The main difference between the rooms is the view and the outdoor space. The Double Room with Private Bathroom has city views and soundproofed walls, plus an electric kettle, while the Double Room with Balcony adds a balcony over the city. The plain Double Room has no view and no balcony, but it has the same shower-and-bidet bathroom and parquet floors. Choose the balcony room if you want outdoor space, and the plain Double Room if a view is not important to you.

The rooms are equipped for a city stay. Across the rooms there is air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bidet, a shower or bath, free toiletries, a hairdryer, towels, slippers and toilet paper, plus an electric kettle and a refrigerator. There is also a desk, a dining table, a socket near the bed and extra long beds, more than 2 metres in length, with linen provided.

Shared facilities include a 24-hour front desk and 24-hour security, luggage storage, dry cleaning, ironing facilities and a fan. The homestay is non-smoking throughout, and hardwood or parquet floors and soundproofing feature in the rooms.

Free private parking is possible on site, and reservation is not needed. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Coco Homestay BenThanh stands on Lê Thị Riêng street in District 1, the central district of Ho Chi Minh City. The cafés Passio, 89's Presso and Ngoc Thuy are each 50 m away, as are the restaurants A Bửu Sài Gòn, Quán Nướng Giấy Bạc and Bánh Đa Đỏ, so there is plenty to eat within a few steps. Hakka Thien Hau Temple is 250 m from the homestay, and Tao Dan Park, a large city park, is 350 m away.

Tan Son Nhat International Airport, the city's main airport for international flights, is 5 km away, and Saigon Railway Station is 1.8 km away. The Bến xe Sài Gòn bus station is 500 m from the property, so longer coach journeys start close by. Both stations are practical starting points for travel beyond the city. A taxi is the simplest way to cover longer stretches, and the property has free private parking on site for guests who arrive by car.

On foot, Independence Palace, the former presidential palace, is 750 m away, and Ben Thanh Market, which sells food, clothes and souvenirs, is 800 m. The War Remnants Museum, a museum of the Vietnam War with photographs and military exhibits, is 850 m from the property. Nha Rong Wharf, on the Saigon River, is 1.8 km away, so the river is within a short ride of the homestay. The palace and the museum are close enough to visit on the same outing.
